I think a tutor main responsibility is to ensure that you teach the tutee well. Not just well, but the extra effort to impart all the relevant knowledge and skills to him/her. A child's future is carved by parents and shaped by teachers. As a tuition teacher, i do have the responsilbilty to ensure i tried my best and not just teach merely for that $25/hr. That is so shallow part of thinking i guess. When i say i have calculated my finance, i took it for granted that my tutee's parents will let me continue the service the following year. So, i don't think it would be a surprise that they will disengage my service if i failed to match up to their expectations. Especially when the parents are very nice to me, the more i will feel guilty.

Teaching is not so simple afterall. There are many types of tutors. I guess i'm the 1 who yet to go the extra mile. oh bless benedict, angeline and esther to do well for their final year exams please.

I guess i just need another chance. And another student to prove my will.
