I've made a terrible mistake in office today. But it was nt intentional. The "出发点" was good but just that the consequences were far more devastating than what you can imagine. So the lesson learnt is that if your rank is not there, do not "假历害" because a small man like me bears no significance. So pls follow the protocol and do not "打抱不平" even though injustice has been done.
This resembles another problem of mine. like perhaps in family matters. You see, what you say will not hit the parents in the head. In their eyes, you are considered nothing. They have vast experiences and will not heed anything reasonable from us. So you should also follow protocol when dealing with difficult parents. Pls approach some1 senior (as old as your parents, good bets are your parents' friends), get their consent and then discuss with your parents. So at least you have some backings.
Whether is it in corporate world or family tree, pls remember to "follow protocol". thats 1 lesson learnt for me. You will never be right unless you have proper backups (your cc & bcc).
