I went early in the morning for class 3 conversion juz now so that i can drive police cars..

But if im blogging this, you should noe i failed it. wah lan i super sad. hahah this feeling is like taking part in singapore idol and then become a reject. except driving police cars wun give u fame.

I really have no idea that actually it involves another round of police assessment. except now we dun call it traffic police test. we called it POLICE ASSESSMENT TEST. notice there is no longer the word traffic in it. so having nt drive for 3 mths, today is 17th & i passed on 18th Jan, i am super nervous cuz i cfm flop my manual driving since u noe manual needs actual constant practice and i had gt none. its not like exactly accelerate n brake like auto cars. but u can be easily deducted by poor control of gears and half-clutch.

I really can see that my this tester is super strict de.. he dun smile 1. so its a bad start. anw, we drive around old pa, upper thomson and also marymount road, towards bishan n back. he even brought me to those ulu roads where those landed property was and i had to do slope moving-off. oh and that was the only time my car die. cuz i nearly forget how to move off from slope. haha. so it rolled backwards. other than that i am ok.

SO coming back he asked me to park reverse into a small slot in between 2 cars. i took 7 tries. cuz it was my 1st time parking without poles and into such a challenging position. my dad has nvr let me park his car before. and thats also 1 bad thing to have a rich daddy. he wun let u experiment his branded car. so for 3 mths, i have only drive auto cars and nvr did i learn proper parking before. oh well, of cuz if u took 7 tries, it just shows how pro u are. i'm damn suay to be asked to park that slot unlike my fren who just parked headon into such a easy slot. haha goodness wad a nice tester i had.

so the verdict is i failed. and the main reasons is that i speed on the road and my parking cmi. hahah i guess i had tried to put in effort. i really din noe cant use gear 4 cuz i went up to 70km/h. he say i speed on wet conditions so thats 7 pts off. i really din noe that i cant travel up to 70km/h. Every other damn car was travelling so fast and i in a police car, can onli go up to 50km/h. so throw face. should warn me before hand that i should treat it as a traffic police test mah then i wun go so fast. other demerit points went to poor clutch ctrl n gear handling as well as failure to take safety. he say i overtake a guy then nvr give him enuf space. wad the... lol. so strict la. He asked me go practise more in a manual car. so i tell myself, there wun be a manual car for me to drive in anw. so its GG.

Oh and i think its really a bad day for me to take this assessment. one is that im nt prepared because i 3mths nvr touch a bloody manual car. two is that i felt so uncomfortable wearing boots to drive. so its like i keep exerting too much pressure on the accelerating pedal, so there is always this "booooorrrruuuuuummmmmmmm" sound that makes me even more nervous. oh well, thats life, you only have 1 chance, its either you make or break.

my ma'am say nvm its okay we will send u 4 conversion ok. but now i dun want drive police car le.. cuz i really cant find any manual car to practise my driving. so thats it, i wun get to drive a police car/van anymore. today is the 1st n last time. and i really learnt my lesson. of cuz i'm discouraged but then i hope i will learn frm this lesson.
