Whooping ASS, its been a hell 5months since I've M.I.A. And i know some of my friends have alr ORD-ed. That's 2 years of NS passed after the antagonising wait... And well another part of my life is going to be over. Hopefully, things will become smoother and gentler ahead of me. Can't wait for December to come.. its like prison-break, sth along that line.

But this post is going to be the fear and thrill of driving police vehicles. I got my police license a month back, and till the day before, did i get to drive the vehicle. So my 1st drive was on Wed's night, purpose was to drive the vehicle to OLD PA for tml car wash. It was at night, around 8pm and it was still drizzling slightly. The best part is i hate to drive at night because it takes alot of concentration at night than in the day. And like i mentioned earlier, it was drizzling. The back gate was closed so we had to make a big round mount pleasant road back to P.I.E then to the front gate. Funny thing was how i follow a taxi into the bus-stop unknowingly because i thought it was the turning point to the gate. But almost immediately after realising my mistake, swiftly manoeuvred back into the lane. However, after successfully overcame this obstacle, i almost missed the turn instead. And turning with gear 3 was definitely not advisable. At last we made it 'safely' to the destinated slot.

My 2nd drive came right after the virgin drive on the next day. This time was to pick up the washed car from OLD PA. But it was a miserable day to begin with. The weather was once again not in our favor sadly. Now after picking up the car, my colleague in one car (that used to go to old PA), and i'm in the other clean car had to go to top up fuel. We went E division, but the pump there was spoilt. A Div wasn't in working condition either. And we were told the nearest police-affiliated base with kiosk was SOC in queenstown. Oh did i ever mention it was the 1st time i learn how to actually go about step-by-step, refill the tank? It was a good experience really because if you are actually driving public cars, you would have missed the wonderful experience of doing it manually. Come to think of it, the trend is to stop at a Shell Outlet, opened the fuel cover and yelled at the worker "V-Power pls". This time-saving process has indeed made younger generation too dependent on such efficiency that had hence deprived them of the basic knowledge. I hope some1 will teach me how to change a tyre 1 of these days... Ok back to topic, the weather had changed drastically and it was hard to follow my colleague (tailgating car) in the rain. Then there was this incident when i was horn-ed for cutting into a MOP's lane even though i believe it wasn't my fault. But you know, it just felt that damn bad to be warned, while driving police vehicles because you never knew if the MOP will complain to TP and you will get a call down by IO (Investigation Officer) for questioning. Was quite worried yesterday though it was not entirely by guilt, rather it was because i do not want something to happen to me during NS. Hmm, quite scary experience yahh.. Luckily my colleague was good with direction and we managed to reach SOC in good piece though we were all drenched while refilling petrol at the kiosk.. Haha for your info, police petrol kiosk has no shelter in bad weathers.

ok i believe i will improve if theres a chance to drive again.. haha

I`VE MARKED IT:D
